Discover the Smarter Way to Work
M-Files Is the Leading Platform for Knowledge Work Automation
With the M-Files platform, knowledge workers can find information faster, work smarter, and achieve more. M-Files features an innovative metadata-driven architecture, embedded workflow engine, and advanced artificial intelligence. This enables customers to eliminate information chaos, improve process efficiency, and automate security and compliance.
We help knowledge workers to work smarter.
Doing Business with M-Files
- M-Files was founded by current CEO Antti Nivala as a solution to a market problem his father had uncovered with information management for his architectural engineering firm.
- Over the years, M-Files has continued to remain independent. As a result, we have never been forced to integrate with a larger, multi-product organization. Instead, we have grown through steady organic growth, breaking into new verticals and expanding our footprint into North America.
- M-Files has remained focused and is the only true pure-play platform in the market, delivering innovative capabilities and common use cases across multiple industries.
- As M-Files continues to evolve, we remain true to our Finnish heritage of core values rooted in equality, trust, and honesty. Our guiding principles of “Make IT Happen, Help Others, and Love Customers” drive how we work and interact with others internally and extend externally to customers and partners.
The M-Files Platform Empowers Our Customers to Take Control of Their Business
- With M-Files, managing information becomes frictionless regardless of dependencies, systems, repositories, applications, or the number of collaborators.
- Knowledge workers can finally access “silent knowledge.” With our platform, storing, searching, and sharing knowledge becomes a natural part of everyone’s workday.
- Knowledge workers can work in context, which means they can model their own world with new searches, new views, new workflows, or follow workflows set by others.
- With our platform, the number of use cases is limitless. If your business can envision it, you can build the workflow and automate processes.
